Upon arrival at the Kasane Immigration Office, you will be warmly greeted by our dedicated Zambezi Queen Collection representative, who will provide assistance with your luggage and guide you through the passport control process. You’ll then take a boat transfer to the Zambezi Queen, where you will be welcomed with an introduction and a delectable lunch onboard. Lunch is available until 14h00 and guests arriving later will be served a mid-afternoon snack.
The afternoon is free for leisure activities, or if time permits, you can join a late afternoon river safari. In the evening, indulge in a delightful 3-course dinner after a map talk that acquaints you with the captivating Chobe area. Unwind and embrace the serene African night.
Every day, choose between or enjoy all three two-hour activities on offer, including guided water-based game viewing, birding excursions, fishing trips, cultural tour, and photographic safaris.
Start your day with a cup of coffee or tea served from 06h00 on the top deck. Take advantage of the optimal morning conditions for exciting activities like Tiger fishing or birding. Indulge in a hearty buffet breakfast starting at 07h30. After breakfast, immerse yourself in the local culture with a village tour, followed by a game cruise along Chobe National Park aboard a tender boat. Indulge in a delicious onboard lunch and take time to relax by the splash pool or dive into a good book. Later in the day, revel in the panoramic surroundings with another thrilling tender boat safari. End your day enjoying the sights and sounds of the African bush, and enjoy a night cap under the stars with friends, new and old, after a delightful dinner.
Head up to the top deck for a freshly brewed coffee or tea and catch the sun rising over the magnificent landscape. The early morning presents the best conditions to engage in exciting activities like Tiger fishing or birding excursions. Upon your return, breakfast is served! Find a corner in the lounge to relax, and soak in the views of the Chobe River, before heading out on a post-breakfast game viewing cruise. Alternatively, you can speak to the Manager on board to inquire about the (optional and at an additional cost) land-based game drive in Chobe National Park. Lunch is a delightful buffet spread, paired perfectly with a crisp glass of wine. Head out on the final excursion of the day. Engage in traditional African dancing before a delightful dinner, ensuring your last night on board is filled with joy and memorable moments.
Start your morning with a fresh juice or freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea. Be on the lookout for wildlife as you enjoy a morning cruise during your buffet breakfast. Prepare to disembark the Zambezi Queen for passport control. If you have an onward flight, a short road transfer will take you to Kasane Airport.
